Package: imagej
Version: 1.46a-1
Severity: important
When user select Plugins>Compile and Run, a message box appears with
the following text:
[...]
Unable to find the javac compiler, which comes with the Windows and
Linux versions of ImageJ that include Java in the ImageJ/jre folder.
java.home: /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-amd64/jre
[...]
While on my side:
$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-amd64/bin/javac
openjdk-6-jdk:amd64: /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-amd64/bin/javac
Please fix the path to javac compiler. Technically javac is always in
the $PATH on debian (alternatives), unless of course imagej requires
the openjdk ones.
