[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#750910: sitplus: Please update to use wxwidgets3.0

Hi Olly,

thanks for spotting the new version which was hidden from our sentinel
due to an insufficient debian/watch file. Luis or Dmitrijs, you both
touched the package before. Would you volunteer to work on the new
upstream version? I did some minor polishing of the debian/ dir
(including fixing the watch file) but I noticed that the upstream download
tarball is a bit broken since it puts all stuff into a main dir /usr
which would require to change our build system. I wonder whether it
might be better to repack the upstream source.

Any volunteer?

Kind regards

        Andreas.
