Thanks for looking into this report.  However, as you may have noticed,
patching ncbi_os_unix.cpp proved insufficient; I'd recommend moving the
relevant #include directive to include/corelib/ncbistl.hpp.  (I guess
your own build environment still had GCC 4.8.)  I've confirmed that this
version of the patch fixes the GCC 4.9 build, and will commit my changes
shortly, but won't be able to sign an upload until this evening.

At any rate, I will push the necessary change upstream.
