Hi ftpmasters,
I would like to add some additional information to help you in adjusting
your priorities in new queue (no impatience from my side - just providing
hopefully helpful information).
The upstream tarball of this package contains build/BiocParallel.pdf
which you might stumble upon. Upstream has just answered my according
question here:
https://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-med-packaging/2014-June/027706.html
(and same content basically here
https://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-med-packaging/2014-June/027714.html)
This package is a precondition to finally solve
#753193 [S| | ] [src:r-bioc-cummerbund] r-bioc-cummerbund: FTBFS: ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'cummeRbund'
#753217 [S| | ] [src:r-bioc-biovizbase] r-bioc-biovizbase: FTBFS: ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'biovizBase'
#753224 [S| | ] [src:r-bioc-shortread] r-bioc-shortread: FTBFS: alphabet.c:53:5: error: unknown type name 'cachedXStringSet'
#753233 [S| | ] [src:r-bioc-rsamtools] r-bioc-rsamtools: FTBFS: utilities.c:99:5: error: unknown type name 'cachedXVectorList'
Kind regards and thanks for your work as ftpmaster
Andreas.
PS: Thanks a lot for your superfast processing of velvetoptimiser today!
