[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#740907: Missing dependencies

- The examples aren't very useful without the library, so perhaps 
-examples should depend on python-openslide | python3-openslide.

- libjs-jquery should be a hard dependency of -examples, rather than a 
Recommends of the library packages (which don't actually need it).

- Flask, also, is only needed for the examples.  However, if -examples 
depended on "python-openslide | python3-openslide, python-flask | 
python3-flask" someone might end up with openslide for py2 and flask for 
py3.  I'm not sure of the right approach here.
