[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#741890: arb: FTBFS with libpng16

Hi!

Upstream here :)

I can confirm the issue, we fixed it in r9003
(http://bugs.arb-home.de/changeset/9003). Since ARB 6 is just about
ready, we won't do any more releases in the 5.x series, so I've
backported the fix for you (patch attached).
