[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#746911: seqan: ftbfs with GCC-4.9

Hi Manuel,

just to let you know about a problem with seqan when using the latest
gcc++ compiler.  Do you have any idea how to enable the build with
gcc-4.9 ?
