Sun May 11 00:34:59 UTC 2014

Source: libsbml
Version: 5.8.0-2
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Dear Maintainer,

During a rebuild of ruby-related packages your package failed to
build with these errors:

-- Could NOT find Ruby (missing: RUBY_INCLUDE_DIR RUBY_LIBRARY RUBY_CONFIG_INCLUDE_DIR) (found version "2.1.0")

[...]

CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
RUBY_CONFIG_INCLUDE_DIR (ADVANCED)
used as include directory in directory /«PKGBUILDDIR»/src/bindings/ruby
used as include directory in directory /«PKGBUILDDIR»/src/bindings/ruby
RUBY_INCLUDE_DIR (ADVANCED)
used as include directory in directory /«PKGBUILDDIR»/src/bindings/ruby
used as include directory in directory /«PKGBUILDDIR»/src/bindings/ruby
RUBY_LIBRARY (ADVANCED)
linked by target "binding_ruby_lib" in directory /«PKGBUILDDIR»/src/bindings/ruby

Please note that the default ruby has been switched to 2.1 in sid.
If possible, please switch to the metapackages and `dh_ruby
--print-supported` for detecting the ruby to build for.
(Also, if everything goes according to plan, this is the last ruby
transition for jessie.)

Please find the full build log attached.

Thanks,
  -ch
