[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#748395: Bug#748395: Misaligned array access caused by conflicting declarations

Hi, 

I've uploaded the patch to the debian-med git repository. 

Since the original version of plplot doesn't contain the padding I'm
quite confident that it only needs to be consistent and the actual value
is of no further consequence (besides possible optimizations).
