[Debian-med-packaging] Help needed to enable beast-mcmc using libhmsbeagle

Hi,

I'm trying to update beast-mcmc to the latest version, including making
sure that it can migrate to testing by making the architecture dependant
library package "Architecture: amd64" (instead of all). The package
builds fine and the executable starts as well. However, if I try to
check the usage of the high performance library libhmsbeagle which you
can do in the initial screen or via

$ beast-mcmc -beagle_info
...

Failed to load BEAGLE library: no hmsbeagle-jni in java.library.path
BEAGLE not installed/found

Failed to load BEAGLE library: no hmsbeagle-jni in java.library.path
Failed to load BEAGLE library: no hmsbeagle-jni in java.library.path
BEAGLE resources available:

Any hint how this can be fixed since without the optimisation the
programm will be quite slow.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
