According to dichromat's .dsc file (and most likely also its d/control file),
its SVN repository is at:
 Vcs-Svn: svn://svn.debian.org/debian-med/trunk/packages/R/r-cran-dichromat[12~/trunk/

Note the "[12~" part near the end, which is almost certainly not correct.
