That's no excuse to keep the pristine-tar out of our repository.  Please
*always* use

    git import-orig --pristine-tar <upstream_tarball>

and please do it now for fastaq to enable other reproducing what you are
doing.  It does not matter whether you will finally release a later
version or not.
