The next point release is in less than a week, and we've stopped
accepting updates for it already.
Given that we know that the old version of ctn contains a
non-distributable file, I don't think we can wait for the point release
after that (at least another two months) to deal with the issue.
For the next release this is no longer an issue, as the version of ctn
there does not include the file in question.
