unfortunately I have to reject your package.

src/glpapi12.c is GPLv3+
src/cs_ereach.c is LGPLv2.1+
src/drl_graph.cpp is BSD3
src/plfit/arithmetic_ansi.h is Expat

These are only examples, there are many other files of these licenses as well.
Please revise your debian/copyright
