[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#766309: Missed re-enabling -dbg package on i386

Subject says it all.  While doing some archive consistency checking, I
noticed that when you re-enabled infernal on i386, you missed enabling
the infernal-dbg package, leading to a curious arch mismatch.
