just removing the build-dep is OK. It was in there for Qlustar, where the
package exists. I wanted to make sure that when we build on Qlustar, it
will use openmpi-gcc (not libopenmpi-dev) and on Debian
libopenmpi-dev. Didn't know it would cause problems with the
autobuilder. I'll think of another solution for Qlustar.
