[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#767328: unblock: hhsuite/2.0.16-3

Hi ftpmasters,

thanks to the release team the migration time span was set to 5 days to
fix a serious bug in hhsuite.  However, as you can read below some work
from your side as ftpmaster is needed.  Please tell me whether I should
file a bug report about this or whether this mail might be sufficient.
