[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#759916: MNE v0.8 packaging

Hi Alexandre,

I tried to build the current state of python-mne Git using
git-buildpackage but ended up in:

I wonder whether you might be able to reproduce this at your side
or whether I should attach a full build log.
