Hi Ivo,
[please always keep the bug report in CC since we are not just two
persons discussing private stuff]

I realised significant differences between your any mine orig.tar.xz and
I'm to lazy to track the reasons down why some files in my tarball where
missing. I can confirm that the build works now (!!! :-)) but there is
some remaining issue:
E: libsbml5-perl: missing-dependency-on-perlapi
N:
N: This package includes a *.so file in /usr/lib/perl5, normally indicating
N: that it includes a binary Perl module. Binary Perl modules must depend
N: on perlapi-$Config{version} (from the Config module). If the package is
N: using debhelper, this problem is usually due to a missing dh_perl call
N: in debian/rules or a missing ${perl:Depends} substitution variable in
N: the Depends line in debian/control.
N:
N: Refer to Debian Perl Policy section 4.4.2 (Binary Modules) for details.
N:
N: Severity: serious, Certainty: certain
N:
N: Check: binaries, Type: binary, udeb
N:
Since we can not upload with a lintian error I'll take the following
action:
1. Upload source + build to my http://people.d.o space to enable
others reconstruct the build in a reproducible manner
2. Ask for help on debian-perl / debian-mentors list since I think
${perl:Depends} is properly set
If anybody might see the problem right now this would be great as well.
Kind regards
Andreas.
