I have added the versioned Build-Depends.  I can confirm that it build
with plain debuild as well as when using pbuilder with git-buildpackage.
I have not setup sbuild.  I wonder whether there are chances that the
failure with sbuild is just on your side and you might simply upload the
package as is.  I admit I never test with sbuild before uploading and
I would not even notice such a failure.
