I confirm that this at least has some effect - unfortunately not the wanted
one sinde the 

    @BOOST_FILESYSTEM_LIB@ @BOOST_IOSTREAMS_LIB@ @BOOST_SYSTEM_LIB@

placeholders remain unresolved and the $(DEPS_LIBS) variable remains
empty. :_(
