Hi Michael,
I noticed some commits of yours which let me assume that you have
decided for the second option. In this case I'd suggest to add
jaligner.jar to Files-Excluded since we do not need to carry this binary
file and moreover it helps building twice in a row since this file is
deleted in clean target.
