Hi,

fw4spl FTBFS with:
/tmp/buildd/fw4spl-0.9.2/SrcLib/core/fwDataIO/src/fwDataIO/reader/TriangularMeshReader.cpp:15:60: fatal error: boost/spirit/home/phoenix/statement/sequence.hpp: No such file or directory

This file exists in boost 1.55 but not in boost 1.58 which is the
default in unstable.

Please note that you have to disable parallel build to reproduce this
bug [1].
