[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#806243: libminc: FTBFS on mipsel

Hello,

I have tried to build package libminc_2.3.00-2 for mipsel and mips64el on diferent build boards: netlogic-xlp, cavium and loongson-3a.
This package FTBFS only on loongson-3a (lemote). 
On other build machines package was built from source successfully.
