Hi Andreas,

Unfortunately my initial patch was incomplete, it didn't drop the
explicit dependency on libgsl0ldbl, it only updated the build dependencies.

The attached patch also drops the explicit dependency and relies on
${shlibs:Depends} for the libgsl dependencies.

ampliconnoise (1.29-3) currently depends on both the old and new libgsl:

 Depends: libc6 (>= 2.4), libgsl2, libhwloc5 (>= 1.11.1),
          libopenmpi1.6, libgsl0ldbl, mafft
