[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#798167: camitk: depends on vtk 5

Indeed, we have noticed this bug reported in Debian.
We are working on another new version in CamiTK with VTK6 support.
Unfortunately this new version will take some time to be released (we will also have to migrate to Qt 5.x version).
