[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#798277: Status of ncbi-blast+

Hi,

I wonder what the status of ncbi-blast+ might be.  There is a new
upstream version (2.2.31) for some time.  It has also some longer
standing open bugs where #798277 has a very simple patch and as far as I
can see #793263 simply needs a simple rebuild of the package.

Since I never dealt with this package and it was always maintained
pretty much in time I wonder whether I should touch it or whether
somebody of the former Uploaders (Aaron, Olivier) like to harvest these
low hanging fruits for our advent calendar bug squashing party.
