[Debian-med-packaging] C++ / Qt help for Ugene needed

Hello, 

the changes Gianfranco proposed are all in git now, the software builds
but it I get the same error like Gianfranco, it seems that the plug-ins
are compiled as full shared libraries (instead of modules), and hence
dpkg-shlibdeps complains about not finding some of the libraries that
would be provided by the package. (Otherwise it would just issue a
warning). 

My guess is the qmake-qt5 actually honors the triplets when installing
the libraries and this needs to be reflected in the dh_shlibdeps search
path, but whether this is a problem with the d/*.install files or
d/rules, or both I have to check.
