[Debian-med-packaging] Seq-Gen

Hi,

the Debian packaged seq-gen is fetched from

   http://tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/software/seqgen/

which seems empty now but I think there is a copy at

   https://github.com/rambaut/Seq-Gen/releases

This is specifying version 1.3.3 which is in sync with the Debian
packaged version.  Please provide more information where to download
any higher version to enable us packaging it.
