[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#807985: blasr: /usr/bin/blasr - No such file or directory

The package appears to have been improperly linked against its
libraries, rendering the package completely unusable:

$ which blasr
/usr/bin/blasr
$ blasr --help
bash: /usr/bin/blasr: No such file or directory

$ which sawriter
/usr/bin/sawriter
$ sawriter
bash: /usr/bin/sawriter: No such file or directory


I am preparing an upload to resolve this problem, but I think this
should be documented in the BTS.
