[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#808401: plastimatch: FTBFS: itkGDCMSeriesFileNames.h:25:29: fatal error: gdcmSerieHelper.h: No such file or directory

Hi Gregory,

I tried to add libgdcm2-dev as additional Build-Depends since the header
file is part of this package but this was to simple as a fix and did not
worked.

Could you find a better fix?
