[Debian-med-packaging] libqes: ftbfs fixed, could someone upload?

Hi all,

An upstream bug in libqes caused a FTBFS on platforms whose char type is
unsigned. I have fixed this upstream, and imported this new upstream version
into the packaging repo. All builds fine for me here, but I don't have any
devices of the affected platforms.

Could someone please upload this update for me? Libqes lives at:

  ssh://git.debian.org/git/debian-med/libqes.git
