[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#753485: I guess upstream has found a solution for this issue

Hi,

considering that samtools now builds on mipsel and is not build for mips
due to a missing Build-Depends and not because of this build problem[1]
I think we could close this actual bug.  Please tell me if you do not
agree - otherwise I'll close this bug in a couple of days.
