[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#776813: vsearch: FTBFS on i386: test times out (hangs?) while shuffling

The i386 build of vsearch compiled without errors, but timed out while
executing the test suite.  Given that the test had been reporting
progress, I suspect a hang:
