Package: bowtie
Version: 1.1.1-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Hello,
Looks like the debug versions of 'bowtie-build-l' and 'bowtie-build-s' are present instead thus breaking the 'bowtie-build' wrapper making the package useless.
