[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#777868: gdcm: ftbfs with GCC-5

Hi Mathieu,
since my last mail about the team membership to you[1] I did not yet
found out how to proceed with packages like gdcm. You certainly know
that you are the most competent person in Debian to maintain this
package (and some similar medical imaging software). We would be
keen on learning how to proceed with bugs like this one.
