Hi,

vsearch still FTBFS on all non-x86 arches with an error like this:

> make[2]: Entering directory '/«BUILDDIR»/vsearch-1.0.14+dfsg/src'
> g++ -O3 -DHAVE_BZLIB "" -Icityhash -Wall -Wsign-compare -g -c -o cityhash/city.o cityhash/city.cc
> g++: error: : No such file or directory
> make[2]: *** [cityhash/city.o] Error 1

I imagine g++ doesn't like the empty argument after -DHAVE_BZLIB.
