Hi,

After requests from multiple Bio-Linux users I packaged the Stacks
pipeline, and I've just pushed the files into SVN.  I have the approval
of the upstream author for the way I've set out the package and I think
it's pretty much ready for Debian too.

If anyone wants to take this on, please check the README.Debian for more
details.
