it seems you moved gadgetron from Debian Science to Debian Med
(according to the Vcs fields).  Since there might be a chance that
you did not noticed that at the homepage some move to Github is
announced:  The project is even at version 3.1.0:

   https://github.com/gadgetron/gadgetron/releases

Just in case you might spent some time in an old version ...
