[Debian-med-packaging] Please do not upload express as is (Was: [express] 01/01: Executable was not shipping.)

Hi Steffen,

I wished you would use a mailer that prevents HTML mail or at least
would do HTML mail *properly* :-(

I'm perfectly fine with this rename.  The symlink should be

    /usr/lib/debian-med/bin/express

to be compatible with the med-common approach to set Debian Med user
PATH as it is just done in plink.

Did anybody minded to contact upstream about this?
