[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#779296: trimmomatic: directory of adapters missing from package

Dear Maintainer,

The files in the adapters directory in upstream's source are an important
part of the Trimmomatic package. They are used to trim contaminants from
sequencing files. Please include them in a future release of the package.
