[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#698386: Is there a future for ITKSNAP?

Hello all,

now that Paul provided an official upstream tarball I took the liberty
to update the itksnap package to version 3.2.0 in the packaging git on
alioth. There is still a lintian warning about

    menu-icon-uses-relative-path

and some warnings about NMU, because currently my name is in the
changelog entry and I'm not an uploader. Since I'm only DM and this
package is not in my allowed list, I can't upload anyway.

Note that the tests are currently disabled since they require to connect
to a display and I don't know how to do this properly (xvbf seems to be
the solution).

So far I only test compiled it on my up-to-date jessie installation, and
didn't test whether all build requirements are listed.

I installed the package and tested loading an image, segmenting it
manually, and this works.

Later this week I will add a watch file and check whether the
dependencies are sufficient (pbuilder, sid ... yada yada).

Best,
Gert
