[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#775302: [fis-gtm] UTF-8 libgtmutils.so in fis-gtm-6.2-000 is missing routines

Hi Amul,

is this issue fixed with the last upload.  I simply forgot to ask before
sponsoring.  If yes, usually the bug should be closed in the changelog.
Now we can do it manually.
