The problem is in libinsighttoolkit3-dev (see bug #777912).
I verified that camitk builds fine with GCC 5 with a locally
fixed vcl_compiler.h.

I suggest to leave this bug open until libinsighttoolkit3-dev is
fixed and then to close it.
