Hi Andreas,

this bug report was a result of our discussion in

https://bugs.debian.org/764630

where we discovered that it is currently impossible to co-install amd64
or i386 packages of dicomscope. If you want to support this use case,
you have to add a new arch:any libdicomscope-jni binary package which
installs usr/lib/*/jni/*.so.

Then the current dicomscope package could be changed to arch:all and
should depend on libdicomscope-jni. This would also save some disk space
because you don't have to duplicate the architecture-independent files.
