actually the problem on this bug is on gccxml, so I guess reassigning is the right thing to do.

I did some tweak to the gdcm build (by copying gccxml missing files to the gcc build directory)
and I succeeded in the build.

I guess switching to gccxml successor will solve this issue once for all, so I reassign this one to the correct package :)
