Hi Charles,
could you please explain what purpose the extra license field in the
header might serve? I do not mind whether lintian is right or wrong
but to me this field is at best redundant since all information is
specified later. Thus I would at best spent a comment for this piece
of information.
Moreover I think lintian is right since
"License is a formatted text field where the first line
indicates the short name or names of the licenses."
The string "GPL-3+ with runtime exception" is definitely no
short name and should be fixed if you insist that the field
should remain here
