Yes, that's what I realised as well after hours of building on my poor laptop.
It would be interesting to fix this. :-)

Thanks. I see no good reason to create an extra branch (neither for
these simple fixes not for other things. I merged this into master and
please feel free to make your changes right in master (in seqan and in
other packages where you are involved).
