[Debian-med-packaging] RFS: tantan_13-1 is ready for upload

Hi all,

is anyone up for sponsoring tantan (see svn)? It’s lintian-clean apart from 'hardening-no-fortify-functions' which is likely a false positive since it builds with -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2. I have set an override for that.
