[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#787746: ball: FTBFS, depends on non existant libqt4-gui

Patch respawn, it seems that ball also needs to link against libx11, and was
somehow pulled by some qt4 lib. It can also be a change in the X11 stack,
I haven't tested that too much.

I'm going to push this to delayed/5 as per [nmuguidelines].
